Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES:

I process and ship most of my orders within 1-3 business days. Should there be any unexpected delays in processing an order, I will promptly notify you via email.

SHIPPING AREAS:

I currently only ship to the U.S and to Canada. 

SHIPPING COSTS:

All shipping costs are included in the cost of your books. I ship most of my larger books via USPS Priority Mail, and my smaller books will ship via USPS Ground. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Because my items are personalized, I only offer exchanges for another products. If there was an error in your book that requires your book to be returned and corrected, please reach out to using the Contact section.

• The buyer may exchange the item provided it is in UNUSED condition, meaning it is in brand new condition and must not have any writing in it.
• Buyer must return item within 14 days of delivery
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition
