Refund policy

Because my items are personalized, I only offer exchanges for another product. If there was an error in your book that requires your book to be returned and corrected, please reach out to me using the Contact section so I can help you with the return/replacement.

• The buyer may exchange the item provided it is in UNUSED condition, meaning it is in brand new condition and must not have any writing in it.
• Buyer must return item within 14 days of delivery
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition
